Anatomy of foot

Join educator and massage specialist Clare Riddell for a dynamic 3 hour workshop that makes learning anatomy engaging, accessible, and unforgettable. Designed for massage therapists, movement professionals, and curious minds alike, this course uses movement, visuals, and hands-on learning to demystify the human body. Clare’s unique teaching style combines creativity with clinical precision, making complex concepts easy to understand and apply. Through active participation, drawing, discussion, and real-time exploration, you'll build a solid understanding of key muscles, bony landmarks, joints and nerves —how they work, how they move, and how dysfunction or injury can affect the body as a whole. Whether you’re new to anatomy or need a fresh, practical perspective, this fun and interactive course gives you tools you can immediately use in your practice. By the end of the afternoon, you’ll feel more confident in your anatomical knowledge and more connected to the amazing structures beneath the skin.
