Emergency First Aid
Life-Saving, Essential, Practical, Confidence-Building

Our HSE-compliant Emergency First Aid course is a fast-paced, practical one-day training designed to equip you with the essential skills to respond effectively in a medical emergency. Ideal for workplaces, therapists, self-employed professionals, or anyone who wants to be prepared, this course meets all Health and Safety Executive (HSE) requirements and provides a nationally recognised qualification. Led by an experienced and qualified first aid instructor, the day covers a range of vital topics including how to assess an incident, CPR (including use of an AED), choking, bleeding, shock, seizures, burns, and how to place someone in the recovery position. You’ll also learn how to respond to common injuries and medical conditions with calm confidence. Hands-on and scenario-based, the course is designed to build both knowledge and practical skill through real-life applications and group practice. There’s no previous experience needed—just a willingness to learn and act when it matters most. On successful completion, you'll receive an Emergency First Aid certificate valid for three years, along with CPD points.
