Spinal Manipulation

Dynamic, Interactive, Hands-On, Educational
Join world-renowned osteopath, lecturer, and bestselling author John Gibbons for this intensive Spinal Manipulation Masterclass; a hands-on 1-day course designed for qualified therapists looking to safely and effectively integrate spinal manipulation into their clinical practice. This advanced workshop focuses on high-velocity, low-amplitude (HVLA) thrust techniques for the thoracic and lumbar spine, with a strong emphasis on patient safety, clinical reasoning, and accurate joint assessment. John’s dynamic and practical teaching style ensures that each technique is clearly explained, thoroughly demonstrated, and practised under expert supervision. You’ll learn when, and just as importantly, when not to use spinal manipulation, how to screen for contraindications, and how to apply techniques with precision, control, and confidence. Expect to build on your existing anatomical and hands-on knowledge, refine your palpation and positioning, and enhance your ability to restore joint mobility and relieve musculoskeletal pain. This CPD-accredited course is open to osteopaths, chiropractors, physiotherapists, and experienced manual therapists with relevant qualifications. Numbers are strictly limited to ensure a high level of individual feedback and support.
