Whether you’re a student therapist, newly qualified, or years into practice, anatomy is one of those things that always benefits from revisiting. That’s exactly why Anatomy Café was created — a relaxed, friendly space to learn, refresh, revise, and build confidence without the pressure of a classroom environment.
This Anatomy Café session focuses on the ankle joint — an area that therapists work with regularly, yet one that can often feel surprisingly complex when it comes to remembering structures, movements, and common injuries.
Together, we’ll explore:
Bony landmarks of the ankle and foot
Key muscles and tendons
Joint structures and ligaments
Actions and movements
Common injuries and conditions
Functional anatomy in a practical, easy-to-understand way
The session is designed to be interactive, informal, and welcoming, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions, discuss real-life cases, and revisit anatomy at your own pace.
And because learning is always better with coffee and cake… there’ll also be homemade cake, good coffee, and a relaxed atmosphere where therapists can connect, chat, and enjoy the process of learning together.
No stress. No exams. Just anatomy, conversation, confidence-building, and cake.
Whether you want to refresh forgotten knowledge, strengthen your understanding for clinical work, or simply enjoy learning alongside like-minded therapists, Anatomy Café is the perfect place to do it.
