Proprioception on wobble board

Join expert clinician and educator Clare Riddell for a dynamic 1-day Rehabilitation & Functional Exercise Course, designed to equip therapists and movement professionals with practical tools to support client recovery and long-term resilience. This CPD-accredited course focuses on integrating functional movement and rehabilitative exercise into your clinical or therapeutic practice. You’ll learn how to assess movement quality, identify dysfunction, and prescribe safe, progressive exercises that enhance stability, mobility, and strength—tailored to the individual needs of your clients. The day covers postural control, joint mechanics, core engagement, neuromuscular re-education and injury prevention strategies. Through this practical, hands-on workshop, Clare shares clear frameworks and protocols to guide your clinical reasoning and programming. Ideal for sports therapists, massage therapists, PTs, osteopaths, rehab professionals, and anyone supporting clients in recovery or return to activity, this course bridges the crucial gap between hands-on therapy and independent movement.
