1. Booking & Enrolment

All course bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Pressure Point.

A completed application form and payment (deposit or full amount) are required to secure a place on any course.

Bookings are non-transferable without prior approval from the Clinic.
2. Payment Terms
-
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking (see course details for amount) to secure your place.

The remaining balance must be paid in full one month before the course start date. Failure to pay the balance may result in the cancellation of your booking.

Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, PayPal.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
If a student cancels their booking:

More than 14 days before the course start date: A refund will be issued minus the deposit.

Less than 14 days before the course start date: No refund will be issued.

If the Pressure Point cancels or reschedules a course, students will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future course.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

Pressure Point is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by students due to course cancellations, including but not limited to accommodation, travel, or other expenses. Students are advised to book flexible or refundable accommodation and travel arrangements where possible.
5. No-Show Policy

If a student fails to attend a course without prior notice, no refund or course transfer will be provided.
6. Payment Plans

Payment plans may be available upon request and must be agreed upon in writing.

Failure to adhere to the payment schedule may result in cancellation of enrolment without refund.
