I've been working quietly on this.......

For the past three years, I’ve been working on something very close to my heart.
I’m writing a book for massage therapists — especially those at the start of their careers, or those a few years in who are thinking, “I wish someone had explained this sooner.” When I first started in massage, I remember feeling excited… but also unsure.
· What should I focus on first?
· How do I grow confidence?
· How do I actually build a career that lasts?
This book is the guide I wish I’d had.
It covers:
The real early challenges of becoming a therapist
How to develop hands-on skill with confidence
Avoiding common career mistakes
Building a sustainable path in massage
I’ll be sharing behind-the-scenes updates over the next few weeks, including a cover reveal and release date.
If you’re a student, a new therapist, or even experienced and curious — this one’s for you.
More soon 🙂

Congratulations on such a huge milestone! Writing a book is an incredible way to give back to the profession, especially for those just starting out who need that guidance. I know exactly how you feel about the early days—finding that balance between growing a practice and building lasting confidence is a journey all its own. In my own work developing my knee massager brand, I’ve focused heavily on providing tools that help people maintain healthy knees and proactive self-care, as I've seen how vital that is for long-term recovery. It is fantastic to see more resources being created for the therapy community. Looking forward to the release!
