Gait analysis on treadmill

Join our experienced clinical educator and massage specialist Clare Riddell for this practical and insightful 1-day Gait Analysis Course, designed for therapists, coaches and bodyworkers looking to deepen their understanding of human movement and biomechanics. Gait analysis is a valuable skill in identifying dysfunction, imbalance, and compensation patterns in walking and running. Whether you're working with athletes, injury rehab clients, or individuals with chronic pain, understanding how they move is essential to planning effective treatment. During this CPD-accredited course, you’ll explore the biomechanics of gait, common abnormalities, and how to assess posture, stride, foot strike, pelvic motion, and limb alignment. You'll also gain hands-on experience using observation-based techniques, video analysis, and movement screens to build a complete clinical picture. Clare brings years of clinical and educational expertise, ensuring the course is both accessible and evidence-informed. The course is ideal for sports therapists, massage therapists, personal trainers, physiotherapy students, and anyone looking to improve their assessment skills. Held in Nottingham, this one-day course is open to learners from across the UK. You'll leave with a stronger understanding of human movement and practical tools you can apply immediately in your practice.
